Here is an example of a starting plan for the normal race - UEDF. The scanning of orbitals is based on averages, so they may very a bit in the process. You will have to adapt to that situation yourself. This plan is merely meant to help out those people that dont know how to start. It is always possible to go another way then mentioned in this tickplan.
The UEDF race has the advantage of the Pegasus/Deus destroyer fleet combo. Pegasus are extremely effective against fighter/corvette fleets (mostly cloaked players got those) because of the good armor and very good initiative.
